The  Malawi Embassy in collaboration with the Bridal Alliance Japan, held a friendship reception at the Chancery on 24th May, 2023. The event was aimed at  fostering cooperation, promoting Trade, Investment, Tourism and Cultural exchange between Malawi and Japan. The gathering brought together various Japanese companies and individuals who are interested in networking and exploring potential opportunities with Malawi.

During the event, the Embassy utilized the occasion to market Malawi as an ideal tourism and investment destination. Guests were also treated to Malawian cuisine, arts, crafts, traditional music and had the chance to appreciate Malawi products.
